A competitive acrobatic competitor at DKS Targówek Warszawa since the age of six, she was the Polish Senior Champion in Acrobatics from 2000 to 2002. She began her pole dancing journey in 2013 and became an instructor a year later, transferring her skills from the board to the vertical bar. Thanks to her acrobatic background, she made rapid progress from the start. Primarily self-taught, she developed her own curriculum focusing primarily on the fundamentals of the sport, proper technique, and detail. Her style can be described in a few words: flow, technique, and perfection. Zuza is an excellent but demanding teacher. Training under her guidance, you know you're in the best hands, and the results will speak for themselves. Since 2018, she has regularly competed in pole sport and pole art competitions both in Poland and abroad. At her first competition, she won the Polish IPSF Pole Sport Championship in the Elite Senior Women's category, achieving the highest score in the history of this sport in Poland. She is currently a two-time IPSF Polish Pole Sport Champion in 2018 and 2019. Workshop suggestion: POLE ACROBATICS. In this workshop, we focus on the correctness of inverted positions: headstand, forearmstand, and handstand. We'll learn the technique of forcefully entering the position and other variations using the pole, depending on the level of the group. We'll also learn crocodile jumps, bridge passes, side passes, and original extended figures on the floor. This workshop should be a staple for every pole dancer. STATIC FLOW This is definitely Zuza's favorite workshop, showcasing her unique style the most. During these 90 minutes, you'll learn how to create body rotation on the static pole, how to use strength for smooth and effortless movement. You'll learn original transitions, cascades, and plenty of essential tips that will help you understand that flow isn't just about spinning. POWER SPINS ON STATIC A workshop dedicated to dynamic spins on a static pole! Expect lots of flying and even more technique. The program includes preparation for phoenixes, pendulums on various holds, handspring jumps, and much more. The level will be adapted to the group. Workshop duration: 90 minutes.
